ARAVEN HAS TRAINED HALF A THOUSAND STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONALS ON GOOD PRACTICES IN HOSPITALITY IN 2023.

Training for professionals and students in good practices in hospitality is one of the hallmarks of Araven, our leading brand for Hospitality, and in 2023 we have increased this activity even more. A total of 20 practical workshops have been held, with a total of 30 hours, in which we have shared our experience in the transport, preservation, handling and preparation of food with 540 participants: 220 in Spain and 320 in five other countries:

The number of attendees has been similar with respect to 2022, but we have gone from 16 to 20 actions and from 4 to 6 countries: Spain, United Kingdom, Tunisia, Morocco, Italy and Portugal. As a highlight, we have placed special emphasis on working with students from hotel and catering schools and training centres, as a group of special interest to promote professional excellence, food safety and the good use of resources that define Araven’s work.
An outstanding example is Morocco, where we have started to provide training in all the country’s hotel and catering schools, in response to the country’s interest in developing and professionalising its hotel and catering sector.

At the same time, our products are also an indispensable ally for the current demands of the hotel and catering industry in the most consolidated destinations and we have continued to collaborate with seven renowned hotel and catering schools in Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom, with names such as the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián.

In parallel, we have held eight training sessions in Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Tunisia for key customers and sales and distribution teams, with the aim of facilitating their work as prescribers of the most suitable products for different needs.
With this training work, we reinforce our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable development, which define our catalogue and which we want to mark all Araven’s activity.
