We enjoy keeping long-term professional relationships, over 40% of our staff have been working here foro ver 10 years. We have a sensible working timetable all over the year enabling us work-life balance, flexitime at arriving and leaving, besides continuous working day in the office on Fridays and summer months, as well as having 24th and 31st of December off to be with our families.

Acknowledgements
In November 2021, Araven was prized by Rivas Council because of their commitment to employment and social inclusion. Receiving this prize was a great honour, but it is even greater to have so much talent and diversity in our team. That is why we have been signing collaboration agreements with the most important state and private universities in Madrid and Aragón, our operations bases, for years, aiming at incorporating to our company students in their last years or just graduated.
