Last Thursday 16 May, Araven Group held an emotional farewell lunch in honour of its president, Javier de Andrés, at the exclusive Club Financiero Génova in Madrid. The event, which marked the culmination of an outstanding career and four years of leadership at Araven Group, brought together representatives and managers of the company to pay tribute to Javier de Andrés on his retirement.

During his presidency, Javier de Andrés has been instrumental in the successful integration and reorganisation of Araven and Grupo OM Comunicación Visual. Since its inception in 2019, he has guided Araven Group through a significant transformation process, responding effectively to market demands and reinforcing the company’s leadership in the Retail and Horeca sectors.

Javier de Andrés, with a career spanning more than 35 years in multinationals such as Fujitsu and Indra, has left an indelible mark on Araven Group, successfully leading the company’s renewal and international expansion.

During his tenure, Javier de Andrés has driven several important milestones for Araven Group:

– Launch of Shop and Roll: A brand that brings together the entire range of solutions for the Retail sector.
– Creation of the Sustainability Department: To implement ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria in all the company’s activities.
– Economic Growth and International Expansion: With a presence in almost one hundred countries on five continents.
– Product Innovation: Increased investment in the development of new products, reinforcing Araven’s position as a leader in solutions for professional kitchens.

With the retirement of Javier de Andrés, Araven Group is preparing for a new phase under the leadership of Kerman Elordi, who will assume the position of President. We are confident that, with his experience and vision, he will continue to take Araven Group to new heights, maintaining the legacy of excellence and sustainable growth that Javier has left behind.
